[Committee - making valid the doings of a Justice of the Peace in York -]

Ordered that Messrs Virgin of Rumford, Wood of Winthrop and Kelsey of Guildford be a Committee to take into consideration the expediency of making legal and valid the doings of a Justice of the Peace for the County of York, with leave to report by resolve or otherwise. Read and passed.

[Resolve - distribution of Laws &c]

Resolve providing for the distribution of the Laws which are or may be printed by the present Legislature, being reported with amendments which are adopted, Read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Leave of absence]

Mr. Dennet of Kittery has leave of absence for the remainder of the session.

[Bill - trout - pickerel]

Bill "to prevent the destruction of Trout and Pickerel in Sebago Pond in the County of Cumberland. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed with amendments at A & B. Sent up for concurrence.
