[Committee on State lands &c] On motion of Mr. Wilson, Ordered that the Joint Standing Committee on State Lands be joined to the Joint Committee on so much of the Governor's message as relates to the Claims assigned to this State by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts sent down for concurrence came up concurred.
[Bill to establish Mins & School fund in Anson] Bill to establish a ministerial and School fund in the town of Anson was read a second time and passed to be engrossed with amendments sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.
[Resolves passed] Mr. Case from the Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz.- Resolve on the petition of Archelaus Lewis & als Do granting a pension to John Carlton 2nd and Do granting a pension to Elisha Douglass. and they were severally passed. Also [Bill enacted] Bill to establish a ministerial & school fund in the town of Madison and Bill to incorporate the town of Milo and they were passed to be enacted.
[Order for the Pet. of Selectmen of Chesterville to be taken from files] Order of the House that the petition of the Selectmen of Chersterville for leave to sell their public lands be taken from the files of the Senate & sent down, was read and concurred, and the papers sent down.
