[Committee altering time of holding Court of sessions in Lincoln County] Ordered that Messrs Reed, McLellan and Perley be a Committee to consider the expediency of altering the times established by law for holding the Courts of Sessions i the County of Lincoln with leave to report by bill or Resolve.

[Bill - Education of youth] [conference] A message from the Senate requesting a conference with the House on the Bill "to provide for the Education of Youth" and appointing Messrs Rose and Seaver a Committee on the part of the Senate, was read and concurred: and Messrs Stebbins, Moore and Abbot were joined on the part of the House.
