Bills - enacted Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed, Bills "to authorize George Reid to build a Wing Dam on Damariscotta River" - "directing the time and manner of appointing County Treasurers and for other purposes" - "to establish a corporation for the purpose of diking a certain tract of Marsh in the Towns of Cape Elizabeth & Scarborough" - which were severally passed to be enacted.

Bill - incorporate [underlined]Truxton Bill "to incorporate the town of Truxton" In Senate March 10th 1821. Passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence Read once and further consideration of the subject is referred to the next Session of the Legislature.
