�Monday October 8th 1781 the Proprietors of a certainTract of Land Laying in the Province of Maine holden under the Will of Bridget Phillips late of Boston deceased met According to adjournment at the Coffee House in Boston Present the Hon'ble William Phillips Moderator

Hon'ble Col Chadbourne and SN Small attended the meeting of the Proprietors agreeable to their Desire and after discussing the Proprietors Claims, it was proposed that Deacon Small Consult the Propriety of the Heirs of Samuel Small when he returns Home in Order to determine whether Said Proprietors will agree to an Amicable Settlement as hath been proposed and thereupon it was moved that Deacon Small be Desired to consult with said Proprietors Accordingly, As Then the Proprietors Voted to adjourn to Tuesday the 30th day of October Instant Then to meet at the Coffee House in Boston at 6 OClock P.M. and said meeting is adjourned accordingly
