[1823 January 4] [Pet. Ames Poor et als] "of Ames Poor and others of Brownfield praying to be annexed to the town of Denark. [Town Penobscot] "of Committee of the town of Penobscot praying to be annexed to Castine. [Vinalhaven] "of sundry Inhabitants of the town of Vinalhaven to be incorporated into a Town by the name of North- [Remonstrance Danl Herrin Jr & als] and also the remonstrances of Daniel Herrin Jun, and others against the decision of Canaan- [Remonstrance Inh' Vinalhaven] and the remonstrance of sundry inhabitants of Vinalhaven against petition for division of said town - and were severally read and committed to the same committee in concurrence with the House.
