Bill additional to the act to organize, govern and discipline the Militia of this State, came up with amendments: and the Senate nonconcur the House in their amendments, adhere to their former vote by which they passed the Bill to be engrossed, and appoint Messrs Chandler, Steele and Dunlap conferrees to confer with a committee from the House, on the subject of difference of the two Houses upon said Bill : sent down for concurrence in the appointment of conferrees: concurred, and Messrs Russell, Chase and Parlin were appointed by the House.-
