Bill additional to an act for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers Bill additional respecting the Inspection of Beef, Pork, Butter and Lard, and for other purposes, Bill altering the time of holding the Court of Common Pleas in the County of Oxford, Bill additional providing and regulating Prisons, and Bill to change the name of Ligonia : and they were severally passed to be enacted.- also

Resolve making an appropriation for contingent expenses, Resolve appropriating money for the support of the State Prison, Resolve confirming the doings of the first Parish in Lebanon, and Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to purchase fuel for the use of the State; and they were severally passed.-

Mr. Wheeler from the committee of Conference upon the Resolve laying a County tax on the several counties, reported that the Senate adhere to their vote by which they passed the Resolve to be engrossed as amended : Read and accepted, and the Resolve was committed to Messrs Dennett, Miller and Witham.-

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.-
