Bill additional to the act to regulate the jurisdiction & proceedings of the Courts of Probate, reported by the committee of this House on that subject, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill to change the name of North Hill, was read 1st and 2nd time and Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill to incorporate the town of Wellington, was read 1st & 2nd time and Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Ordered that after Thursday next this House will hold two sessions each day - read and passed.

Orders of notice to the President, Directions & Company of the Vassalborough, Kennebec & Passamaquoddy Banks, requiring said corporations respectively to appear before the Legislature to show cause why their Charters should not be vacated having been directed to be served upon said corporations.
