[Bill authorizing the sale of State lands &c]

State lands to Robert Crosby & Joseph Kinsman passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read twice & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with House. -

On motion of Mr. Wilson, Ordered that a message be sent to the House proposing a convention of the two Houses this day at half past twelve oclock for the purpose of qualifying Daniel Merrill Esquire, a Counsellor elect for the current year.
