[Bills enacted] Bill to incorporate the Trustees of Brunswick Academy; Bill to annex a part of the town of Monroe to the town of Brooks: Bill to authorize the sale of Ministerial & school lands in Anson; Bill establishing a Ministerial fund in Temple and Bill to incorporate Maine Lodge, and they were severally passed to be enacted Also [Resolves passed] Resolve allowing compensation to Samuel Emerson & Abiel Hall Jun. Resolve providing for the printing & distribution of blank returns of votes; Resolve in favor of James Bridge; and Resolve making valid the doings of the town of Joy, and they were severally passed.

[Bill enacted concerning Jurors] Mr. Case from the same committee reported a Bill additional to an regulating the section, [empannelling] & service of Jurors, to be truly copied, and it was passed to be enacted.

[Order concerning Judges Salaries & Office of Reporter] On motion of Mr. Usher Ordered that the committee who have under consideration the subject of raising the salaries of several of the Justices of the Judicial Courts, be directed to consider the expedience of abolishing the Office of Reporter of the decisions of the Supreme Judicial Court, and providing a difference mode of reporting
