Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Edgecomb Bridge, was reported with amendments & assigned for consideration on Monday next at 11 oclock.

Resolve in favor of the town of Poland, was laid on the table by Mr True of Poland & on motion referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve establishing the seat of Government, came from the Senate in a new draft for concurrence and the House assigned Tuesday next at 1/2 past two oclock to consider the subject.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill an additional act for securing to owners their property in logs, masts spars & other timber in certain cases. in further addition to an act to provide for the education of Youth which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve relative to the State Road North of the Bingham Purchase which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
