[Mr Stebbins asked to be discharged fm Com. respecting Audito of Accts. of the State Prison] Mr. Stebbins from the same Committee asked to be discharged from the further consideration of an order of the 9th of February respecting the appointment of an Auditor of the Accounts of the Accounts of the State Prison. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred
