An order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the joint standing committee on the Judiciary to inquire what further provisions are necessary, in relation to the powers and organization of the Municipal Court for the town of Portland in the Country of Cumberland, in addition to the provisions contained in the act establishing said Court and the acts thereto additional, and the House concurred.
