On motion by Mr. Parsons Bill granting a Lottery for the benefit of the Thomaston Coal and Mineral Company was taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Lotteries Sent down for concurrence. Concd

Mr. Churchill from the Committee on Banks &c on the petition of Daniel Rose and others reported Bill additional to the Act to incorporate the Thomaston Bank and the same was read a 1st time and Tuesday next 11 oClock assigned for a second reading.
