Mr. Dennett from the Committee on Incorporation of towns on the petition of Thomas Kendall and others reported an order of notice. Read & accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred

The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table a written message from the Governor accompanied by copied of proceedings relative to the public lands by the Commissioners appointed under the Act of separation, and the same was read and with the accompanying Documents referred to the Committee on State Lands.
