The committee on the petition of David J. Bent in behalf of the town of Bangor report that the order of notice on said petition has been complied with and that the petitioners now have leave for a Bill - and the report was accepted.

Bill additional to an act authorizing the town of Bangor to pur cahse the Bridge over the Kenduskeag river in said town was read a 1st + 2nd times + Monday at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill to incorporate the town of Plymouth was reported with sundry amendments which were adopted, read a third time + passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concur rence.
