[Resolve correcting valuation] Resolve correcting the valuation of Washington and Somerset Counties, and [Bill directing mode of returns of Banks] Bill directing the mode and time of making returns of Banks, [Bill additional to secure to owners their property in Logs, &c] Bill additional to an Act to secure to owners their property in logs, masts, spars and other timber in certain cases. were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence.

[Resolve authorizing sale of State Lands &c] Resolve authorizing the sale of State lands and for other purposes, was read twice and passed to be engrossed with amendments; sent down for concurrence.

[Bills enacted] The Committee on engrossed Bills reported a Bill in addition to an Act establishing a Supreme Judicial Court, and making further provision in the Judicial department, Bill to incorporate the town of Milburn, and Bill to set off a part of Columbia to Harrington, to be truly copied, and they were severally passed to be enacted. Also [Resolves passed] Resolve in favor of Samuel Trask and Joshua Richardson, Resolve authorizing the town of Sullivan to abate the taxes on Sullivan Bridge, and
