Reports on the petitions of John Hopkins - of Benjamin Morrill Junr & al - of Elias Berry & als- granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of David Oakes & als, referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Thomas Cunningham & al, ordering notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of Bangs Doane & al in relation to the ministerial funds in Orland, came from the Senate referred to the committee on Parishes ect for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Petition of Sylvanus Waterman & al for a committee to view the towns of Bowdoin & Litchfield & report upon the expediency of forming a new town, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns ect for concurrence - and the House concurred.
