118 Bill regulating the taking of Lobsters, was read once & refused a second reading

Report of the committee to inquire into the expediency of so far amending the law, as to provide that noncommissioned officers & privates may recover costs when suits commenced against them by Clerks of companies for supposed forfeitures, are decided in favor of the defendants, and when it appears that the grounds of their defense had been offered in excuse to the commanding officer prior to the bringing of said suit that Legislation on that subject is inexpedient - came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
