19 An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Secretary of State to notify Daniel Wood, William Chadwick, Jonathan Thayer, Abraham Morrill, Daniel Wilkins & Elias Stowell Esquires that they have been duly elected by both branches of the Legislature [underlined]Counsellors to advise the Governor in the Executive part of the Government the current political year, & request their immediate attendance - and the House concurred.

The House took up the consideration of the report of the committee to contract with a Doorkeeper, Page & - and after some discussion accepted the same, and Thomas Baker was accordingly designated two perform those duties.

And the House adjourned until 3 o'clock this afternoon.
