Remonstrances of Parker Cobwin & als & of Edwin Smith & al against any alteration of the Lime Inspection Laws, were severally read & referred to the committee on Manufacturers. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Timothy Higgins 3rd of Williams Boulten for leave to change their names, was read & referred to the committee on change of names.
