[1823] Senate February 4th 1823.

[Bill to incorporate Portland Bridge] Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Portland Bridge which had been amended and sent down for concurrence, came up concurred; and the House adopted a further amendment, in which the Senate concurred and the Bill was passed to be engrossed.

[Resolve granting money to Build a Bridge] Resolve granting Five Hundred Dollars to build a Bridge over Great Works Stream, was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock as signed for a second reading: committed to Messrs O'Brien and Case.

[Bill respecting the actions of Votes for Representatives] Bill respecting the returns of votes for Representatives in Districts, came up for concurrence, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House.

[Bill respecting a Bridge at Sullivan] Bill respecting a Bridge at Sullivan, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence and was read once, and committed to Messrs Witham and O'Brien.

[Bill relating to Herring Fishery] Bill regulating the Herring Fishery, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence and committed, and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.
