Met according to adjournment.

Remonstrance of Paul Welsh & als against a diversion of the town of York, was read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence

Bill additional act respecting the fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalboro, was taken up & referred to Messrs Redington of Vassalboro, Ames of Clinton & Burnham of Unity.

Petition of william R Miller for authority to construct a Canal on sliuceway on Piscataquis river, was read & referred to the committee on Canals ect - Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve relating to internal improvements, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as amended at F. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve relative to fines, forfeitures & bills of cost, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill an additional act regulating marriage & for the orderly solemnization thereof, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.
