67 Bill for the benefit of Waterville College - was read [underlined]once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.

The Committee on the subject of the militia & military affairs reported a Bill - report accepted.

Bill in addition to the several acts now in force to organize, govern & discipline the Militia of this State - read once & Wednesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d Reading & 300 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the Legislature.

Ordered that Messrs Sturdivant of Cumberland, Ricker of Freedom & Kimball of Rumford be a committee to take into consideration the expediency of passing an act additional to the act passed March 10th 1821 respecting the accounts of the County Treasurer &. - read & passed.

The committee on the subject of the payments of the duties on Justices of Peace Commissions & - reproved a Bill - report accepted.

Bill regulating the payment of duties on Commissions - was read 1sr&2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The Messenger of the House having returned the order of today directed to him, with the following endorsement thereon" "JanY 19 1825 Pursuant too the within order I have arrested William W Fuller Esquire & Charles Warren herein named & have them before the House off Representatives as herein directed. Thomas Bakerr Messenger," The Clerk read to said Fuller the aforesaid order & turn thereon, and enquired of them severally replied that they held in their hands [crossed out]a letters of apology to the House, and requested permission to lay the same on the speakers table which was ranted - He
