255 [1823] Senate February 8th 1823 [Indictment &c against James M. Rogers] Indictment and dopy of record of the Supreme Judicial Court against James M. Rogers, committed in the House to the Committee appointed to hear the answers of James M. Rogers to the causes assigned for his removal from all the offices he holds under this State, came up for concurrence, and were read and concurred.

[Resolve for payment of accounts against this State] Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State was read twice and passed to be engrossed; sent down for concurrence.

[Report on Petition] Mr. Bond from the Committee on the petition of Joseph H. Becket reported that he have leave to bring in a Resolve: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.
