The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Bill to incorporate the town of Howland, Bill to set off Washington Remick from Kittery to Eliot, and Bill additional to "An Act to establish the Cony Female Academy" came back severally amended and the Senate reconsidered their former vote and passed the same to be engrossed, as amended, in concurrence with the House.

Mr. Southwick, from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz.

Bill additional to "An Act to incorporate the Canal Bank, Bill to incorporate the Portland Charitable Cordwainers Society Bill to incorporate Solar Lodge, Bill to set off certain Inhabitants from Steuben to Cherryfield Bill to establish the divisional line between Lisbon, Lewiston and Greene Bill to incorporate the Dennysville Tide Mill Company, Bill to establish the Portland Marine Railway, and Bill additional to "An Act incorporate the Cumberland Insurance Company and the same were severally passed to be enacted and also Resolve in favor of the town of Maxfield and the same was finally passed.
