�General Orders, Headquarters, Boston June 21, 1799. On the petition of sundry persons in the third regiment second brigade [plus sign for 'and'] eighth division, apporved [plus sign for 'and'] recommended by major general Dearborn, the Commander in chief having had the advice of Council, there[unclear letters]upon orders, that Manor general Dearborn be, and he hereby is authorised to raise one other company of Cavalry in said brigade, in addition to the company already established in said brigade.
