Ordered that the Senate be requested to send to this House the report & other papers passed upon this session in relation to an alteration of the law requiring Registers of Deeds to pay seventeen cents on each deed recorded ect - read and passed. Sent up.

Bill prohibiting public treats on days of election, came from the Senate that body adhering to their former votes refusing to adopt the new draft of the House agreeably to the recommendation of the conferees on the part of the Senate. The House adhere to their vote passing this Bill agreeably to the recommendation of the conferees on the last part of the House.
