Bill to incorporate the Mozart Society, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Resolve relating to the Island of Matinicus, was Read 1st & 2d tie & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Ordered that Mr Eastman of Palermo, Hidgman of Warren & Shaw of Northport be a committee to consider the expediency of amending an act additional to an act for the relief of Poor Debtors passed FebY 25 1824 - read & passed.
