The Board came to order pursuant to adjournment

Bill to incorporate the town of Plymouth was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended, sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred

Mr. Scamman from the Committee to whom was referred the "Bill additional for the regulation of the Penobscot and Passamaquoddy Tribes of Indians reported the same with amendments, which was read and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Kennebec and Androscoggin Canal Association, was taken up and, on motion, committed to Messrs Churchill, Williams and Holland,

Petition of Benjamin Chandler, Judge of Probate for the County of Oxford for an increase of Salary was read and in concurrence with the House referred to the committee on the Judiciary

Mr. Scamman from the Committee to whom was referred the petition of William Goodenow, reported that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a Resolve Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred,

Mr. Southwick, from the Committee on Manufactures to whom was referred the "Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Manufacturing and exporting Company" taken from last years files reported the same in a new draft by the title of Bill
