Met according to adjournment.

Mr Morrill of Wells moved the following Order, Ordered that a Message be sent to the Senate requesting them to send down the papers on the subject of the location of the Judicial Courts in York County - which motion was lost. Mr Morrill then moved a reconsideration of the vote rejecting said order and Monday next at 10 oclock was assigned to consider the motion.

Bill recognizing the Great Falls Manufacturing Company Corporation within this State, was read 1st & 2d time and Tuesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill granting to the Saco & Ossipee Log Navigation Company a certain right in Limington Bridge, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

The Committee to consider when it is expedient for the Legislative to two hold two sessions each day, and when the Legislature may have a recess, reported that it is expedient for the Legislature to hold two sessions a day after Saturday next - and that the Legislature may have a recess on Friday the 18 instant - The House accepted the report in concurrence with the Senate.

Bills to incorporate the Merchants Bank - - to incorporate the Belfast Bank - - in addition to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Pres. Dir. & Comp. of Bank of Portland - in addition to an act to incorporate the town of Richmond - were passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence
