reported by the Conferees of that branch which the Senate refuse to adopt and adhere to their former vote passing to be engrossed original “Resolve respecting the Deputy Secretary of State.” sent down

[Right margin: Order that Sec. of State notify Hon John Holmes & Hon. Thomas Bond Com. to revise the Criminal Code]

Order of the House of Representatives that the Secretary of State notify the Hon John Holmes of Alfred and the Hon Thomas Bond of Hallowell that they have been elected by the several branches of the Legislature under a Resolve of the same a Committee to revise the State criminal Code of Laws and that the Secretary furnish each with a copy of said Resolve and was read and passed in concurrence
