Morrill and others, reported Bill regu- -lating the taking of fish in Narraguagas River and the same was read once and tomorrow at 10oclock assigned for a second reading.

Report of the Warden of the State Prison and accompany- -ing Documents came from the House referred to the com- -mittee on the State Prison for concurrence and the Senate concurred.

Bill additional to an Act to incorporate the Proprietors of North Turner Bridge came up amended for concurrence and the Senate concurred.

Resolve additional to a Resolve respecting certain settlers of the public Lands and Bill to incorporate the South Parish in Bridgton were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for con- -currence.

Resolve in favor of the Town of Steuben was read once tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading and committed to Messrs Balknam, Richardson and Shaw

Resolve relating to the State Arsenal was read once tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading and committed to Messrs Emery, Sweat and Balknam.
