87 The Resolve was then passed to be engrossed as amended in a new draft. Sent down for concurrence.
Mr. Emery of the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Hancock and the same was passed to be enacted and also Resolve additional for opening and clearing a road from the south line of township No. 2 old indian purchase on the East side of Penobscot River to the Mattanawacook stream and Resolve relating to the State Road North of the Bingham Purchase and the same were finally passed. And this Bill and these Resolves are presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
