Bill establishing the times of holding the Court of sessions in Penobscot County was read a first time and having been ordered to a second reading was again read and passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence.

Bill establishing the County Waldo was read a second time and referred to the next Legislature, and ordered to be printed, in the mean time in the several Newspapers in the Counties of Lincoln, Hancock and Kennebec,

Mr. Kimball gave notice that he should tomorrow at 11 oclock move for a reconsideration of the vote whereby the Senate referred the last mentioned Bill to the next Legislature,

Mr. Churchill, from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz. Resolve for purchasing Greenleaf's Reports, Resolve in favor of the Passamaquoody Indians, and Resolve designating the place where the next Legislature shall meet and the same were finally passed
