Message as relates to internal improvement – and the House concurred.

Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire what alterations, if any are necessary in the act establishing Courts of Sessions in the several Counties passed February 25 1825 and also to enquire as to the expediency of repealing the act passed Feby 8th. 1823 authorizing the Supreme Judicial Court to lay out & alter public Highways in certain cases – read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence referring so much of the Governors Message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary of the State, and to the public lands and the doings of the Commissioners under the act providing for the separation of Maine from Massachusetts, to the committee on State Lands, & the House concurred.
