Ordered that the committee concerning Lotteries & Lottery tickets be instructed to enquire what amount of tickets have been sold within this State during the past year designating those, which have been sold belonging to Lotteries authorized by the Laws of this State, and those which belong to foreign Lotteries; and that said committee have authority to send for persons and papers.
