Resolve in favor of Nehemiah Glass, was read 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve granting a pension to David Sevey, was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill – to incorporate the town of Cutler - to incorporate the Proprietors of the Central Burial Ground in Waldoboro’ which were severally passed to be enacted: Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve – in favor of Heman Nye - - respecting the North Eastern boundary of the State - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Eastern River Bridge was reported with amendments which were adopted and then the Bill was referred to Messrs Scammon of Pittston, Houdlette of Dresden & Doe of Washington.

Bill - in addition to an act to incorporate the Canal Bank was reported with amendments, which were adopted and the Bill ordered to lie on the table

Petition of John C Freeze that Benjamin Colby Junior a Justice of the Peace for the County of Somerset may be removed from his office on account of alledged [alleged] misconduct, was read & referred to Messrs Boutelle of Waterville, Eveleth of Windham & Moore of Anson.

Petition of James Cummings & others for aid in making roads through the State lands between Penobscot River and the St. Johns River, was read & referred to the Committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.
