The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill – authorizing the town of Bowdoinham to build a free Bridge - - additional act to prevent the destruction of Fish in Dennys river & Pinmaquan - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence

Bill for the relief of School Districts in Bucksport & Orland. was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Report on the petition of the Assessors of Eastpond Settlement - - John Appleton - - James J Boyd & als - - Jonathan Tucker & als - - Jabez P Bradbury - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Lydia Allen & als - - Jesse Stone & others - -Selectmen of Gardiner - granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.
