Remonstrance of Moses Peaslee & others against the petition of Jonathan Young & others, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence – and the House concurred

Petition of George Reid & als in behalf of the Proprietors of the Damariscotta Canal, for a Lottery in aid of their funds, was read & referred to the joint select committee on the subject of Lotteries. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Jefferson Ingalls for leave to change his name was read & referred to the committee on change of names.

Petition of John Dole & als for a Lottery to aid in the removal of obstructions in Sheepscut [Sheepscot] River, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the subject of Lotteries for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Petition of Nahum Corson & report thereon, taken from the files of the Senate, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Petition of Joshua Sawyer & als, for a division of Mt Desert - -of Jeremiah Gordon Junr of Hollis to be annexed to Biddeford came severally from the Senate referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns for concurrence - & the House concurred.

Report on the petition of Henry W Fuller & als, was recommitted in concurrence with the Senate, to the committee on so much of the Governors message as relates to internal improvement.
