The House reconsidered their vote of yesterday refusing a passage tp be engrossed of the Resolve for the benefit of the Maine Westeyan Seminary - amended the same as on sheet annexed marked B, and then refused the Bill a passage to be engrossed - This latter question was taken by yeas & nays & decided as follows Yeas 62 Nays 64 [See appendix page 295.]
