concurrence - The House receded from their former votes so far as to concur with the Senate in their reference.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer, came down, the Senate having adhered to their vote passing the same to be engrossed. The House adhered to their vote refusing the Resolve a passage.

Bill additional to an Act providing for the promotion of Education came down referred to the next Legislature for concurrence and the House recede & concur with the Senate in their reference.

Report on the Resolve in favor of Joshua Carpenter - - on the petition of the inhabitants of Fryeburg - - on the Bill respecting County Roads, referring the several subjects to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
