The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill – to incorporate the Thomaston Mechanic Association - - to incorporate the seven mile Brook Dam Company in Vassalborough - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to an act regulating judicial process and proceedings, came from the Senate with sundry amendments for concurrence – and the House refused to concur and adhered to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed.

Bill – establishing the times of holding the Courts of Sessions in the County of Penobscot, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to enable the owners of Meeting Houses to manage the same, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill – to incorporate the New Meeting House – Proprietors in Bangor came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence and the House concurred.

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the North Parish Congregational Meeting House in Thomaston, came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Bill – to incorporate the Trustees of the Bath Public Library, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
