Report on the petition of Samuel Chase & als, referring the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – and the House concurred.

Bill – additional to an act for the settlement of certain claims arising in real actions, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill – to prevent resistance to legal process, came from the Senate amended and in a new draft for concurrence – The House refused to concur and adhered to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed.

Bill additional to an act concerning the Assessment and collection of taxes, reported with amendments which were adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill – an additional act respecting executors administrators and guardians was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill to incorporate the Great Works Manufacturing Company was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
