Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives, reported by the Committee on the Pay Roll, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill an additional respecting the Militia & Circuit Courts, Martial came from the Senate that body refusing to adopt the amendments proposed by the House & adhering their vote passing the Bill as it came originally from that Branch - The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended, propose a conference & appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Knowlton of Montville, Baxter of Bristol & Mitchell of North Yarmouth.

Resolve in favor of William Wilt was read 1st & 2nd time & refused a passage. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the President Directors & Company of the Commercial bank, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence - and the House adhered to their vote passing the same to be enacted.
