Hoyt of Readfield were joined.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Samuel Haines & for other purposes - - providing compensation for the Draftsman - in favor of Moses Tibbets which were finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Adams of Portland, Ordered, That the messenger of this House be instructed to put this room & the Lobbies, in the state they were, at the commencement of the session, and lay his account for the same before the Governor & Council for allowance & payment. Read & passed.

Report of the Committee on State Lands cane down that body insisting upon their former votes. The House insist upon their former votes.

Resolve providing compensation for the Draftsman came from the Senate that body adhering to their former vote passing the same to be engrossed. The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended. [This entry should stand as the first entry om this page]

A message was received from the Senate informing the House that when they next adjourn they shall adjourn without day.

The House voted that when they next adjourn they will adjourn without day & the Clerk notified the Senate thereof, by message.
