[Bill] order upon that subject, reported a Bill additional to the act for the Inspection of Butter and Lard, which was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading. -

[message &c] On motion of Mr. Dennett, the Senate reconsider their vote by which they passed the Resolve relating to the location of the courts in the county of York, adopt certain amendments; and a message was sent to the House informing them of the same, and requesting their concurrence.-

[Report & Bill] Mr. Wheeler from the committee, on an order upon that subject, reported a Bill additional to the act for the support and regulation of Mills, which was read once and committed to Messrs Usher, Steele and Dunn and saturday at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-

[Petitions referred] Petition of Charles P. Curtis administrator, committed in the House to the committee on New Trials, came up for concurrence, and was concurred.-

Petition of Moses Springer Jun. that the name of the Readfield religious and charitable Society may be changed, committed in the House to the committee on Parishes &c came up for concurrence, and was read and concurred.-
