[Committee on Salaries of Judges of Probate]

On motion of Mr. Fairbanks, Ordered that Messrs. Fairbanks and Holland be a Committee with such as the House may join, to take into consideration the salaries now allowed by law to Judges of Probate, and what alteration is necessary, if any, and report by Bill or otherwise: Sent down for concurrence, was concurred and Messrs. Goodenow, Eaton and Snow were joined

On motion of Mr. Holland, Ordered that when the Senate adjourn, they adjourn to Monday next at ten O clock.
