Report on the petitions of Christopher Atkenson & als of Nath Noyes & als granting an Order of Notice, came frrom the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

The Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred an order to inquire whether and alteration is necessary in an act additional to an act respecting Enginemen, fire engine and the extinguishment of fire passed March 3 1820 reported that no alteration is necessary read and accepted.
