Reports on the petitions of Ether Shepley & als - of Jnh. of Noq[?] seventh range Somerset County of Stephen Parsons & others of Oliver Gerrish & others granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitions of Jeremiah Gordan & als of Lewiston of Paul Allen granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petitions of Christopher Atkenson & als of Nath Noyes & als granting an Order of Notice, came frrom the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

The Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred an order to inquire whether and alteration is necessary in an act additional to an act respecting Enginemen, fire engine and the extinguishment of fire passed March 3 1820 reported that no alteration is necessary read and accepted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to alter the times of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Cumberland, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
